The next week or so is going to be fun. This Tuesday I get an endoscope. On Thursday I pick up the medicine to clear the chute. Then next Tuesday I’m in for the proctoscope and biopsy. If you’ve been through it you’ll know what I’m talking about. If you haven’t I’m going to leave you in the dark.
I don’t know why, but sometimes polyps will grow in your colon. Most often it happens with older folks, but sometimes even young children can get them. It may be genes, it may be diet. They could be benign or malign. In my case they may even be bleeding.
In any case, when you get to my age it’s a good idea to get your lower intestines looked into, you never know what they’ll find out.
