I’m using the beta column block, to see if you actually get text colums out of it. And it looks like you don’t.
Now I know I can be a stubborn little mule, but frankly this is obstinacy taken a bit too far. Using CSS you can put text into columns just as in a magazine or newspaper. As a matter of fact the Code Macher CSS Column plugin will do that for you, and in my next post I will provide a demonstration of this.
Don’t limit yourself just because the new scares you.
Two more things.
One, the drop cap in Gutenberg needs work.
Two, Whenever I try to work on the document I get switched to the block.
It’s about time certain people started having a serious look at Gutenberg and repairing it.
If something like text columns were going to kill you, you’d be dead by now.
