I like the thinking here. I like the idea that you don’t all have to gather in one location to role play. All I’d ask is that all those participating keep each other informed.
Think of the GM has a clearing house of information. Keep him informed of what you’ve been up to, especially should you cause the death of a major villain or supporting character.
And for you GMs, should one of your players tell you that Duke Repugzile of Lower Festerington was killed by Sir Bright ‘n Shiny of Upper Sparkleburg, go with it and make adjustments to your adventures.
It is a cooperative entertainment after all.
