The basic idea is a good one, teach plugin and theme authors how to support their product. But what we really need are lessons on how they explain their product, and why that is a good idea. For not everything is intuitive to everybody. Not everybody knows what you know, as I learned running sessions of D&D back in the day. We can’t read your mind, and not everything is perfectly obvious.
Yes, we can be dump. Yes, there are times we need to hear from you just how your toy works and how we use it. And you need to learn how to teach us effectively.
What the support team is doing is a good first step, but it is a rare journey that takes just the one step. This can be only a beginning, there is more to be done.
