We’re going through a crisis you get right down to it. But our current crisis has it’s beginning back on 9/11/2001 when planes were flown into the old World Trade Center and the Pentagon. Naturally we had a reaction, a very bad reaction, and we handled the emergency rather badly.
Osama bin Laden is the cause of the current troubles, him and how we decided to handle the challenge he presented us. We needed to do something to counter what he did, but we did the wrong things. As a result what we’re now seeing is people having a reaction to our overreaction, and what that amounts to is, we’re rebelling.
We’ve simply gone too far in trying to control things, and as a result the people our betters want to control are lashing out against them. In turn certain parties will try turning up the control even tighter, only to see harsher rebellion and in time the failure of the system and revolution in the original sense.
You can’t control everything, simply not possible, and those who think you can are in for great disappointments. You get right down to it, compared to controlling people herding cats is a cinch.
The Republicans are in trouble, the Democrats are in worse trouble, for both face a rebellion in the ranks that bids fair to see the old establishments swept away by radicals determined to make their party something to be proud of. Those who supported Clinton and Trump are doomed, for they made it possible for us to get into this situation. Our next President will be someone new, someone more like us. Some one who listens and takes us into consideration instead of fixating on the special folk who think they have to be so important.
Of course we could get someone who is even worse than Donald or Hillary, but only if we give up and let the fools have control. That’s my take. But be assured that if we do get a rotten ass in the White House in 2020 our descendents will refer to that time as the Second Civil War.
